  • Once a course, study material, or test has been purchased, it cannot be canceled.

  • Users are responsible for reviewing course details and descriptions before purchasing.


2. Refund Policy

Payments made for our services are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same order.

  • Technical Error: If the payment was deducted but the service was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.


3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect course/test/material selection by the user.

  • User dissatisfaction with exam results or academic performance.

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.


4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, send an email to support@globaledutech.com with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email ID

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment Date & Amount

    • Reason for Refund Request

  • Our support team will verify the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any applicable transaction or gateway charges deducted by banks/payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) are non-refundable.
